2024 AGM Agenda Pkg. (posted April 6-24) and Proposed By-Law Changes (posted March 14-24)

Proposed By-Law Changes include the process for change as described in By-Law Article 3.5 and list the wording of By-Law sections (currently in effect) proposed for change, along with the NEW PROPOSED changes to the right - all changes are highlighted for ease of review.  The changes were presented and explained at the April 13, 2023 AGM for the first time.  Based on feedback, 1 article was revised and all will be presented again and voted on at the April 9, 2024 AGM for the second (and possibly FINAL) time.
